All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless a raffle is explicitly cancelled by the administration. Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold.

Winners are selected through a transparent, randomized process. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the winner before distributing any prizes. Prizes must be claimed within the specified timeframe, otherwise, they may be forfeited.
