All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. WinBox reserves the right to cancel or postpone any raffle if necessary, in which case refunds or credits will be issued to participants.

Winners are selected using a verifiably random draw system. The results of the draw are final and binding. Winners will be notified via their registered contact information.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any action that disrupts the integrity of the platform. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account suspension.
